Duties and Responsibility
Job Responsibility:
- Ensure availability of vacancies for each graduated student across all assigned centers.
- Support the Center Manager and Counsellor in student selection as per the TAF
- Support the trainer in conducting assessments to ensure students’ match to the client requirements as per the TAF
- Counsel students throughout the course of the program to ensure their expectations are aligned to the job opportunities available
- Own the relationship with the corporate clients and facilitate the placement process
- Ensure the placement targets are met for each of the 3 assigned centers
Job Description:
- Ensure there are enough vacancies for each course offered at each of the 3 assigned centers
- Ensure there are a minimum of 20 job vacancies every month in the local district itself
- Regularly coordinate the planned activities with the Zonal Placement Manager in order to reflect the Zonal priorities
- Manage relationships with existing corporate clients while focusing on obtaining new business
- Successfully articulate and promote the differentiators and brand value of EduBridge graduates
- Collaborate with Trainers and Training Managers to reflect customer requirements in the training process
- Participate in various student assessments with trainers to evaluate the student fit/potential placements
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to develop new content on company specific interview requirement
- Brief students on successfully clearing the interview just before the interview process
- Counsel students every two weeks to ensure their expectations and skills level match the jobs available in the market
- Counsel students & parents regularly to ensure job acceptance rate increases
- Coordinate with Counselor to arrange student interviews and follow up hiring steps
- Track all placements on internal software accurately
- Follow up hiring steps to receive placement confirmation, joining date, offer letter, etc.
- Support placement logistics, such as traveling, accommodation, etc.
- Communicate with Center Managers, Franchise Manager and Regional Managers on placement rates and impact on regional business
