Duties and Responsibility
- Develop new business and growth in existing business in assigned area.
- Build healthy relation with existing clients and create new business.
- Understand the potential market through marketing activity.
- Perform market surveys among client base to seek feedback on sales techniques, follow-up methods and quality of after sales service.
- Studying competition product in the field, getting their performance report like time study from various competitions manufactures and keep track of the market share etc
- Handling team with motivation spirit, encourage them time to time.
- Regular communication with sales team on their working, maintain & support them for better results, push sales mechanism with targets.
- Daily Monitoring on CRM Tool (Sales Mantra), Executives Movements and their daily updation of daily entries in Sales Mantra.
- Co-ordinate with sales team to identify new dealer for development of dealer network.
- Support to new dealers/ Chanel Partners.
