Our partners are people associated with the company and sell loans on company’s behalf. Relationship Manager will be responsible for the growth of the company by acquiring, managing and expanding the Partners base and helping them sell loans and thereafter improving relationships between the Partners and the company.
- Working on acquiring new partners each day, every day.
- Serving as an intermediary between the Partners and the company.
- Managing a portfolio of Partners and ensure assigned revenue targets from them by helping them sell loans
- Providing advice and constant support on various loan product related queries and doubts of Partners.
- Taking complete ownership and responsibility of the performance of Partners by helping them sell loans
- Improving the performance of a partner constantly by helping them sell loans
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Sound financial knowledge and technical competence.
- Ability to analyze information.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and rationally.
- Ability to develop an extensive internal network so as to provide products and services.
- An avid interest in financial products and services.
- Entrepreneurial spirit
- Candidates must have experience in field sales (Must)
