The RM is responsible for the overall operations of the restaurant according to BBK’s operational standards. He manages the overall restaurant and a majority of the time is spent leading the team to meet customer expectations, generating revenues and ensure restaurant profitability. The RM should be creative in planning sales programs to leverage business opportunities and must create a Competitive spirit and atmosphere of pride. This individual will be proficient in making logical and timely decisions.
Candidates Attributes –  QSR background preferably, analytical skills, leadership skill set, adaptable, Report writing,Math,Team building,Conflict management,Planning,Root cause analysis, Problem solving, presentation skills.
