Key responsibilities shall include:
Manage Revenue and Profitability/ business of the store.
Would head and run the entire operation for the store.
Display in the store.
Facility Management.
Customer Service/ Ensuring salesman takes care of the Customers.
Managing the Team/ workforce at store.
Statutory compliance for the store.
Marketing Activities at the store.
Coordinating with the District Managers, Supply Chain teams, finance team etc. on regular basis for smooth functioning of the store.
Involve in the hiring of the staff and Training them.

Working Knowledge of Computers
Read, Write & speak English.
