Job Description:
–    Good communication and interpersonal skills.
–    Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge.
–    Stock market knowledge will be an add on.
–    Have to make client’s call (data will be provided) and provide details regarding account opening, deficiency in documentation or provide with any other necessary information.
–    Explain the benefits to client, concisely detail and all necessary information.
–    To inform them about our offers/products.
–    To listen to objections and handle them effectively.
–    To generate more leads from the people outcalled.
–    To enter the details of every interaction in the system.
–    Good organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast paced environment.
–    Ability to manage sensitive and critical client information

Should be comfortable with calling process.
