Duties and Responsibility
Hard core B2B Sales
· To achieve the sales target and other objectives as required by the company for the Region.
· Monitor and Steer the distributors to meet the organizational objectives.
· To meet Builders, Architects and Institutional members for generating leads.
· To generate and develop new business opportunities in projects and institutions.
· To develop their business for all the product ranges.
· To maintain a detailed database of Key builders, Architects, Interior designers, consultants, corporate etc.
· To draw up plans for servicing the upcoming projects.
· Develop various teams for Installation in the Region and thereafter Maintenance of the products.
· Implement Marketing strategies for his Region.
· Develop, Maintain and Update the competitor information database.
Should be in hard core B2B sales throughout. Candidates should be from building material industry, preferably furniture or high end products which are used majorly in offices. Can be from commercial/professional lighting, office partitions, false ceilings, commercial flooring , even from sanitaryware industry. The products need to be high end because in building material industry there is a different set of customers(generally architect, builder, consultants etc.) who deal with high end/premium category products. Hence someone managing high end products are dealing with my client’s target customers. Kindly target that pool. MBA is preferred.
