Management of New Employee Onboarding & Induction process.
New Employee Joining Formalities management
Responsible for HRMS update and management including Leave & attendance.
Corporate Office (Spread across locations) Employees Personal file’s Management
Corporate Office (Spread across locations) Employees Documents Master Management
Corporate Office (Spread across locations) Employees Information Master Management
Corporate Office (Spread across locations) Employees Statutory Compliances Management
Responsible for Monthly HR MIS, Dashboard and Reports
Responsible for Group Mediclaim Policy management.
Responsible for coordinating Training & Development activities
Coordinating Performance Appraisal process
Responsible for design and implementation of Fun @ Workplace activities
Point of Contact for HR Policy queries
Emp. Grievance Handling & Management
Exit and F & F settlement Formalities Management

Candidate should be ready to work for 6 days
Candidate should have experience in employee onboarding, employee engagement, HRMS updation, Documentation, Training & Development coordination
should be MBA postgraduate
Need immediate joiners.
