• Major Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and coordinate the software integration phase (Planning construction and review with regular follow-up)
  • Integration meeting animation and actions follow up with integration testers
  • Integration phase report communication on weekly basis (Test execution progress / Problems backlog)
  • Create and maintain the product release component list including dependencies
  • Ensure that integration environment is set with the right data and configuration
  • Control scrum deliveries and code deliveries in integration environment
  • Collect and verify required components quality evidence using entry and exit criteria
  • Ensure a stable version delivery of the integrated products for the next testing phases following the existing Entry and Exit criteria
  • Support on defining and implementing code delivery procedures
  • Secure and control of the integration environment content (minimize late load requests)
  • Train and support integration testers on INT environment daily use, procedures and tools
  • Maintain products’ configuration repository (using configuration framework once implemented for all products) 
  • Manage products’ configuration for each delivery in and out of integration environment
  • Propose and implement new processes and tools that optimize development time and help reducing the number of defects in delivered code
  • Run integration lessons learnt after each major release and track corrective actions
  • Maintain and improve Airport IT products’ functional knowledge of integration engineers
  • Perform proactive risk management and mitigation plan on integration testing activities
  • Relevant job experience:
  • 10 – 15 years of experience working in a distributed product development environment
  • Should have managed bigger portfolios and lead teams
  • Should have full project lifecycle experience (at least 2 projects) and at least 3-5 years of Project Management experience.
  • Should have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Should have prior experience working with product management to prioritize roadmap items for delivery
  • Should have worked in cross functional teams (product management, development, QA, customers), understand team dynamics and priorities of each functional stakeholder and work with them to make the project progress in a timely manner
  • Should be assertive, able to resolve conflicts and gain consensus in a cross functional team
  • Should have good technical and domain knowledge, should appreciate business priorities so as to understand, appreciate dependencies in a distributed product development environment and resolve them
  • Past experience in working in/with agile teams, as scrum master; PMI-ACP certification is a plus
  • Good knowledge of software development life cycle
  • Knowledge of travel domain is a plus
    • 5+ years of hands experience in Selenium Automation frameworks Junit, TestNG.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Java, web drivers, Jenkins, Maven, IDE tools.
  • Strong knowledge in configuration management, setting up test environment for GUI applications.
  • Automation experience with ALM selenium connectors, Jenkins with ALM.
  • Strong knowledge in system administration (Linux), web/application servers’ administration and Oracle database usage.
  • Good Technical knowledge in scripting languages (bash, python).

  • Estimation knowledge, preferably industry standard techniques e.g. Function Point, UCP, Planning Poker etc.
  • Release notes preparation and validation
  • Project risk and dependencies management, by interacting with multiple teams.       
  • Education
  • BE/BTech/MCA from good nationalized institutes preferably Tier 2 or better
  • 10 -15 years, with about 5 years of quality management and people management experience
