  • Making/Answering 100+ calls
  • To gauge what a prospective customer really wants and act accordingly
  • Checking the fitment of the customers
  • Purely a tele-calling profile
  • Filtering the genuine customers through calls and emails. Also, filling their details in MIS
  • 1-4 Years¬† of outbound/inbound calling experience in dynamic call center environment
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
