Duties and Responsibility
- Candidates should have sufficient knowledge on Laptop, Desktop Hardware and Networking.
- Responsible to follow the call handling/closure process as per companies norms.
- Responsible to attend on-site Consumer products and IT products Calls.
- Attend & Complete the Calls within provided SLA’s.
- Responsible to ensure Customer Experience Excellence for all the calls assigned/completed.
- Responsible to update the Call status at real time through their mobiles apps.
- Co-ordinate with our Technical support for any parts or upgrade of products.
- Responsible to complete the assessments on time.
- Responsible/Liable for the parts which is assigned/carried.
