Duties and Responsibility

  • Candidates should have sufficient knowledge on Laptop, Desktop Hardware and Networking.
  • Responsible to follow the call handling/closure process as per companies norms.
  • Responsible to attend on-site Consumer products and IT products Calls.
  • Attend & Complete the Calls within provided SLA’s.
  • Responsible to ensure Customer Experience Excellence for all the calls assigned/completed.
  • Responsible to update the Call status at real time through their mobiles apps.
  • Co-ordinate with our Technical support for any parts or upgrade of products.
  • Responsible to complete the assessments on time.
  • Responsible/Liable for the parts which is assigned/carried.
