Description
• Responsible for project planning for development work
• Responsible for Sprint Planning, with Delivery Manager
• Manage and lead the development workstream and developers
• Proactively identify, communicate, mitigate project risks and escalate, as needed
• Review technical requirements, advise on technical solution and provide resolution to development/technical issues
• Provide best practices for development
• Ability to do development work, if needed
• Lead environment readiness for Testing and Deployment
• Participate in writing proposals and SOWs
• Knowledge in HRT, HR Service Delivery and awareness of HR technologies (e.g., Workday, SF, Oracle, etc…)
• Strong leadership, facilitation and consulting skills
• Technical expertise in the following areas:
o HTML5, CSS
o Java Script and other coding solutions
o Web Services integration (SOAP, REST, JSON)
o ITIL, DEV Ops,

Required and certified:
• System Administrator
• HR Fundamentals
• HR Implementation
• HR Integrations

Other:
• ITSM

Preferred
• Agile/ SCRUM master
Knowledge in HRT, HR Service Delivery and awareness of HR technologies (e.g., Workday, SF, Oracle, etc…)  Who is in ITIL / DEV Ops / ITSM / {Agile / Scrum Master} (Certifications preferred)
