Job Description:
- Manage last mile delivery operations for a dispatch center by examining destination and delivery timeline
- Monitor and supervise the Field executive to ensure that delivery operations are conducted as per the required SLA
- Manage cash/accounts and preparation of delivery reports. Day to day petty cash transactions.
- Preparation of daily and weekly duty shift allocation roaster
- Candidate should be well versed with the local language, nearby locations and knowledge about the process.
- Route planning as per the defined areas.
Job Requirements:
- Graduation with 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Logistics/E-Commerce/FMCG background preferred
- Ability to hire and manage a team of Field Executives. Prior experience of team handling.
- Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
