Job Description: 

  • Manage last mile delivery operations for a dispatch center by examining destination and delivery timeline 
  • Monitor and supervise the Field executive to ensure that delivery operations are conducted as per the required SLA 
  • Manage cash/accounts and preparation of delivery reports. Day to day petty cash transactions.
  • Preparation of daily and weekly duty shift allocation roaster
  • Candidate should be well versed with the local language, nearby locations and knowledge about the process.
  • Route planning as per the defined areas.

Job Requirements: 

  • Graduation with 2-5 years of relevant work experience¬†
  • Logistics/E-Commerce/FMCG background preferred¬†
  • Ability to hire and manage a team of Field Executives. Prior experience of team handling.
  • Decision-making ability and a sense of responsibility
