Role and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business and software teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and company’s hiring needs for each position
  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of perpetually open roles
  • Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
  • Continuously partner with recruitment firms
  • Stay active with current with job boards, LinkedIn and other platforms to find talent, reach out over mail/calls to share job descriptions and discuss the opportunities

Skills and Qualification

  • Previous experience in recruitment for a software development company is a must
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or related field)
  • Experience developing recruiting strategy
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
