Duties and Responsibility
· Building and executing email campaigns for the complete lead lifecycle
· Mapping Customer Journey and analysing touch points with the organisation
· Creating assets like Landing pages, emails, forms, templates.
· Implement A/B testing strategies
· Measure and analyse campaign effectiveness including email and conversion metrics
· Launch email surveys to gather insights to improve campaign performance
· Explore latest trends in email marketing to improve performance
· Proactively research & understand customer journey and stay on top of trends and developments in digital marketing to identify and leverage the most effective ways for marketing automation
· Automate and improve data integrity and data management initiatives, including segmentation implementation and analysis; list management; and lead processes. Manage prospect and customer databases by creating and updating lists, segmenting data and “cleaning” data.
Advance knowledge in HTML ( layouts, forms, email and landing pages etc). Knowledge in email best practices and different type emails marketing tools.
