Relevant experience as a sales team lead and Team sales manager
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively with departments and hierarchy levels of the organization
Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning, through managing and a desired results.
Required 4 years above experience into team handling.
Age criteria upto 30 to 40
Duties and Responsibility
- Achieve sales target by successfully managing the sales team
- Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expand company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Manage recruitment, coaching, goal setting and performance monitoring of sales agents.
- Build strong, long lasting customer relationships by assuring the qualitative services deliveries
- Present periodical sales plans & reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Identify emerging B2B markets and market potential while being fully aware of our products and competitive services.
