Duties and Responsibility

  • Requirements

Prior managerial experience in Outbound Calling Process with a minimum team size of 50

Minimum 5 years’ experience in handling/managing Tele-Sales and Outbound calling operations

Should have experience in handling multiple team leaders

Experience in sales of Insurance products will be an added advantage

Should have been a consistent high performer in current role

Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills


  • Job Description

Manage the entire Outbound/Inbound calling operations of the Company, design and implement Call Centre Strategies

Responsible for meeting daily and monthly performance targets for efficiency, sales and quality

Carrying out performance reviews and cost/benefit analysis

Deliver profitable and consistent growth across products and processes

Coordinating staff recruitment and liaising with HR staff to ensure appropriate staffing at all times

Recording performance levels of all employees of the centre and setting up MIS and daily reports.
