  • Have extensive experience working in a variety of project environments
  • Good understanding of Enterprise Architecture and Architecture Frameworks
  • Have extensive experience in implementing end-to-end SOA based solutions
  • Designing the integrated solution architectures including Application Architectures (B2B, B2C), Software Infrastructure and Hardware infrastructure
  • Working on high-level project/program plans and detailing the same for managing multiple phases and/or interdependent modules
  • Working with the stakeholders to sign-off requirements, identify potential risks, developing strategies for risk mitigation, contingency planning and monitoring the risk mitigation plan
  • Managing end-to-end Delivery of projects with cross-functional and geographically spread teams
  • Coordinating testing, infrastructure deployment, support activities and ensure the timely deliverables
  • Planning and Executing the Knowledge Transfers during various phases of projects, including handover to production support teams
  • Identifying, tracking, managing and resolving project issues effectively and efficiently
  • Supporting projects during the normalization phase after Go-Live and ensuring the smooth transitions to operations
  • Review and implement the processes related to IT Support and Operations before handing over to Support Services
  • Provide overall direction, guidance and mentoring to the team

  • Collaborate efficiently with internal experts to resolve customer issues quickly
