Key Responsibilities:
- Research, write and update new and existing technical documents as assigned by the lead or manager
- Work on editorial and formatting review of technical documents created by engineers
- Independently Work on documents such as installation guide, user guide, online help, release notes, protocol guides, patch notes
- Deliver quality technical documents on time and on the scope
- Regularly update the lead or manager on the work status
- Work in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision
- Manage assignments in a professional and proactive manner
- Follow all team and organizational processes and culture
Skills:
- Write technical information in a clear, concise, and grammatically correct language
- Knowledge of Adobe FrameMaker, WebWorks ePublisher, Microsoft Visio, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication, Telecom highly desirable
- Strong aptitude to learn complex technical concepts quickly
- Good editing, problem-solving, and organization skills
- Constantly think about creating, editing, reusing, and organizing content that will be easy to maintain as the documentation set scales
- Good team player
- Knowledge of Wireless Telecom Technologies
- Understanding of LTE nodes and their functionalities
- LTE eNodeB, architecture and features and functionality understanding
- LTE call flows (UE-eNodeB-EPC)
- LTE Protocol concepts (MAC, RRC, RLC, and PDCP)
- Experience in telecom/networking product development companies
