Role Purpose: Responsible for creating and implementing training programs and overseeing the same. Evaluate productivity to achieve organizational goal.

Role Description:

Duties will be varied and will include but are not limited to:

1) To develop training strategy and ensure its effective execution.

2) To create the training content and assessment methodology to evaluate training effectiveness.

3) To train the trainers on their skill development.

4) To manage the training budget effectively.

5) To create training policies, manuals and frameworks in discussion with senior stakeholders.

6) To provide regular updates to management on training process.

7) To deliver training programs as per business exigency.

8) Responsible for all trainings.

9) Training staff on product, services & soft skills

10) Handling team of trainers Pan India who are responsible to provide hair & skin therapy training.

11) Completion of all trainings Pan India ? Assessments & KPI helped get the best potential of the trainers.

12) Initiate, Identify & lead new Soft Skills trainings which have helped experts gain confidence & helped achieve targets.

13) Budget well planned & under control & stream lined
