Job Description

  • Support the Center Manager and Franchise Manager in recruitment process of the trainers in the region
  • Ensure that Trainers successfully implement the learning from “Train-The-Trainer” sessions and on boarding, being available for questions and feedback
  • Regularly travel to respective centers within their area of responsibility  in order to shadow, provide feedback and improve Trainers performance
  • Make sure that content updates done by the Training Content Team are successfully implemented in the training process
  • Conduct periodic tests, review and analysis of performance of the trainers
  • Regularly review the feedback that trainers receive and collaborate with the Center and Franchise Managers to improve their performance
  • Work strategically with the Placement Officer and Regional Manager to ensure trainings are meeting the needs of corporate clients, and can support student job placement
  • Support the Franchise Manager in discussions with Franchisee’s to underscore the importance of maintaining quality training
  • Provide regular feedback to Training Content Team on content and level of understanding by local students
  • Based on the feedback of Regional Placement Manager to design a short term program targeting specific client criteria

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Once the Head Office has done the Train-The-Trainer training and onboarding, the Training Manager is responsible for onboarding and further developing all Trainers in the assigned region on the bases of feedback from students and Regional Placement Officer
  • Collaborating closely with the Trainer’s direct managers (Center Managers) to assess performance and quality
  • Regional point of contact for all matters related to training delivery support and students satisfaction
  • Conducts regular training audits to ensure meeting the company standards
  • Ensure training programs  are on track against agreed schedules;
  • Find vendors to provide training modules where suitable internal resources do not exist;
  • Empower staff as much as possible and appropriate;
  • Provide quarterly evaluation feedback on all direct reports, or more frequently if required;
  • Provide both positive recognition and warnings appropriately;
  • Mentor and support any other assigned employees;
  • Create and monitor training ‘dashboard;
  • Communicate employee warnings and actions taken to Human Resources;
  • Manage most daily communications, like email;
  • Create templates for training modules when required;
