Needs to manage an outbound Telesales team across various Banking products. Team will be in partner payroll. Job holder expected to manage around 50-60 member team with the support of ~4 Team Leads. This role is part of Acquisition & Cross Sell Unit of OCC. Focus of the unit is to generate revenue through cross-sell and acquisition of retail banking products through propensity based base model or digital leads calling. A large section of the processes are Straight Through whereas others require coordination with multiple stakeholders within the Bank
